 Weekly one-on-one PT session tailored to your goals, a customised online training program through the Perform app, and a personalised nutrition plan with calorie and macro targets, and guided videos to support your progress. You’ll also receive weekly online check-ins to keep you accountable, review your progress, and ensure ongoing adjustments that keep you moving toward your goals.

ONLINE COACHING

Full access to the Perform app with a personalised program, guided videos, and advanced progress tracking, along with a nutrition plan including calories and macros. You’ll also stay accountable with weekly online check-ins focused on reviewing progress and making ongoing adjustments to keep you moving toward your goals.

OWNER/COACH

My passion for health and performance runs deep. With a Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science and qualification as a Sports Nutritionist, I’ve always been driven by the science of training, nutrition and human potential. Competing as a bodybuilder over the past three years has given me firsthand insight into both physical and mental transformation. I work with clients of all backgrounds, delivering evidence-based training and nutrition tailored to their goals and lifestyle. My focus is helping people build confidence, strength and long-lasting results.

OWNER/COACH

My journey started long before coaching - with years of strength and conditioning training I fell in love with the process of getting stronger, the discipline behind building muscle and the confidence that comes from improving performance. 
 I’m deeply passionate about helping people build long-term strength, increase muscle, improve function and gain the confidence that comes from taking control of their health​. My goal is to help clients reach their next milestone and to show them they’re capable of far more than they realise.
